Yogesh Store

I’ve been running Yogesh Store here on the Main Road for a good while now. It’s a small place, Shop No-2, but we try to keep the shelves full of what people actually need on a daily basis. Greater Faridabad has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. Most mornings start early, getting things ready before the first rush of people headed to work. We stock basic groceries, some snacks, and those little household items you always forget you need until they’re gone. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late or the weather makes things a bit dusty, but that’s just how it goes here. It isn't anything fancy or like those big supermarkets you see in the malls. It is just me and sometimes a helper making sure the inventory is okay. People stop by to grab milk or bread and usually chat for a minute about the traffic or the heat. I know where most things are kept, though sometimes I move stuff around to make space for new stock. If you are walking down the Main Road, you will see us right there. We don't have a website or any of that, just the shop door open to the street. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home. I just focus on keeping the place decent and making sure I have change for the customers. It’s a simple life running a shop in Faridabad. We keep it open until late.
