Yadav Properties

We run Yadav Properties out of Bajghera. It’s a local place and we’ve lived around here for years, so we know the land pretty well. Most of what we do involves helping people buy or sell plots and houses in this specific area. Bajghera has its own rhythm, and we’re just a part of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit down, have some tea, and talk about property. Real estate can be tricky with all the different rules and the way prices go up and down. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a piece of land has an issue, we’ll tell you. We'd rather have a reputation for being honest than make a quick sale. Some days we spend the whole afternoon just driving around showing people different sites. It can get tiring when the weather is bad, but it’s part of the work. We get a lot of walk-ins from people just passing through who saw our board. We aren't part of some big chain, it's just us doing our thing. Dealing with people’s money and their future homes is a big responsibility, so we try not to rush anyone into making a choice. We’ve seen many families move in and many others move on. It’s just how the neighborhood changes over time, and we’re here to help that process along. Most of the time it's just about being there when someone needs a bit of local knowledge.
