Guru Motors Properties

We are set up over at Plot No 17/5 on Mathura Road. It’s a good spot because of all the traffic, so people see us as they drive past. We deal with motors and properties, which sounds like a lot, but it’s just what we’ve ended up doing over the years. The office is pretty straightforward—just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We don’t have those shiny glass walls you see in the big city offices. Most of our day is spent either talking to people who want to buy a vehicle or showing someone a piece of land or a building. Mathura Road is always noisy, so we’ve gotten used to talking over the sound of the horns. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or to see what we have available. We keep it casual. There’s no dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. Dealing with properties means we spend a lot of time out in the sun or walking around different plots. It’s not always easy, especially when the paperwork gets complicated or the weather doesn't cooperate. We’ve been around this part of Faridabad for a long time, so we’ve seen how much the property prices and the types of cars people want have changed. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just show what’s on the books and let people decide for themselves. It’s a basic business run by regular people. We keep a cooler of water for anyone who comes in.
