We've been around Sector 15 Naya Bans for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right opposite Apna Enclave. It's a busy spot but it works for us. We handle property stuff, mostly just helping people find a place to stay or maybe sell something they’ve got. It isn't anything fancy. We just open up the shop in the morning and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes the phone rings all day and sometimes it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the documents, but we try to keep things straight. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our time walking them. If you’re looking for something in the neighborhood, you've probably seen our sign. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the local market. Dealing with houses and plots takes time, so we don't rush things. It's better to get the details right than to deal with a mess later on. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up every month it seems. Usually, it's just about sitting down and talking through what someone needs. No big speeches or sales pitches, just basic talk about what's available. If we can't find what you're after, we usually say so. That's just how we do things here. It's just us and the local streets every single day.
