Working As Sales Support Engineer At Sony India Delhi

I’m working as a sales support engineer at Sony India over in Delhi, but I live out in Faridabad. My place is at M. C. F-92 on Lane No. 2 in Shiv Colony, right off Tigaon Road in Ballabgarh. It’s a busy spot. Most days are spent dealing with technical questions and helping out the sales team with whatever they need to close a deal. It is not always easy, but it keeps me moving. The commute from Ballabgarh to Delhi can be a real pain some mornings, especially with the traffic on the main roads. I’ve been doing this for a while now. People around here know me as the guy who handles electronics and tech support stuff. It's just a regular job, really. I try to get home early enough to see the family. The neighborhood is okay, mostly families and local shops nearby. Sometimes we have power cuts, which is annoying when I’m trying to catch up on some extra work at home. My desk is usually covered in papers and manuals. Being an engineer means always looking at some manual or fixing a weird glitch. I just take things day by day. If you’re ever around Shiv Colony, you might see me walking to the corner shop. That’s about it for what I do. Just trying to stay busy and do the job right. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the calls.
