N.K. Micro Pvt.Ltd. is out at Plot No.92 in Sector 59, which is part of the Hsidc area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where all the industrial action is. We focus on micro-components, which means a lot of detailed work. Our plot is tucked away among a bunch of other similar buildings. It’s mostly concrete and metal around here. Inside, we have our machines set up to handle the small parts we specialize in. It’s quiet work compared to the big hydraulic shops, but it’s just as busy. We’ve got a small team that keeps the place running. Sector 59 is growing, and you can see new stuff being built all the time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have. We don’t have any polished brochures or fancy sales people. If you come to the office, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking at a blueprint. It’s a very relaxed but hardworking atmosphere. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s just a job, after all. We make sure the pieces are right and the numbers match up. That’s about all there is to it at our place. We just try to get things done right the first time.
