We are over at H 6 in Sushant Lok Phase I, right by the Sushant Shopping area. It’s a pretty central spot for this part of Gurgaon. The shopping complex nearby is where most people go for their daily stuff, so we’re in a location that gets a lot of people passing through. Our office is a bit of a home-style setup, which fits the neighborhood well. We’ve been dealing with houses and plots in Sushant Lok for many years. We’ve seen the phase grow from its early days to what it is now. The office is filled with old files and maps of the different blocks. We don’t really go in for fancy furniture; it’s more about having a place to sit and talk. Most of our work happens through phone calls or just meeting people at the properties they want to see. The traffic around the shopping area can be a bit much in the mornings, but we’re used to it. We know the local guard and the people running the small stores around H block. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website; we just rely on knowing the area and the people who live here. If you walk past the shopping center, we’re just a short distance away. We’re usually around most days, just keeping things moving for the owners and tenants we work with in the locality.
