We are tucked away in Shop No Lg/10 at the South City Arcade. This is in South City 1, not too far from Unitech House. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler than the shops upstairs, which is a relief during the summer months in Gurgaon. The arcade has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a bit of life around the corridors. Our shop isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit in a few desks and a small seating area for people who come to talk about property. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but it’s a quiet spot once you get down here. We have some basic shelving for our files and a computer that handles most of the work. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of our neighbors in the arcade are friendly, and we often share a quick word in the hallway. It’s a practical location for us since South City is such a well-known part of town. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a simple door with the name on it. We spend our days answering emails, taking calls, and making notes on various listings. It’s a standard routine, and we like the fact that it’s a settled, professional environment without being too loud or flashy for no reason. It just feels like a normal place to do business.
