Vinita Physiotherapy Clinic

Vinita Physiotherapy Clinic is over in Sector 16, specifically at number 487. We are really close to the main market, which is handy if you have other things to do while you’re out. The school, Dayanand School, is right across from us, so it can get a bit loud and crowded when the kids are heading home in the afternoon. Inside the clinic, it’s mostly open space because we need room for people to move around and do their exercises. We have some tables for treatments and various bits of gear like bands and weights scattered around. Most people come in because they’ve hurt their back or they’re recovering from some kind of surgery. It’s not a fancy gym, just a practical place to work on getting better. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor is easy to clean, which is what you want in a place like this. Sector 16n is a busy part of the area, but we’ve got a good little spot here. We see a lot of people from the nearby houses who just walk over for their sessions. It’s just us here most of the time, keeping an eye on how everyone is progressing with their movements. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just a simple setup to handle the appointments and keep things running smoothly throughout the week.
