Santosh Physiotherapy Centre

Santosh Physiotherapy Centre is based in the New Industrial Township 1 area of Faridabad, right at Neelam Chowk. This part of the city is quite industrial and busy, which reflects the kind of atmosphere we have here. The centre is at a ground-level spot, making it easier for people with leg or back issues to get inside without too much trouble. Inside, you will not find any plush carpets or fancy art. Instead, we have treatment tables, some exercise mats, and a few machines used for different types of therapy. It smells a bit like rubbing alcohol and liniment most of the time. People come here when they are hurting or recovering from something, so the mood is usually pretty serious but focused on getting better. We have a few staff members who help out with the exercises and keep the schedule moving along. Neelam Chowk is a well-known spot, so getting here by public transport is usually straightforward for our patients. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but you get used to it after being here for a few hours. We spend our days helping people move a bit better, whether they are dealing with an old injury or something new that just happened. It is a hands-on kind of place where the work is physical and the focus is on the body. We keep the equipment clean and try to make sure everyone gets their allotted time on the mats or with the heat pads.
