Verma Estates

Verma Estates is located at E 6 in Kalkaji, right across the street from the Sahara Mall. It is a great landmark to have because almost everyone in this part of town knows exactly where the mall is. We have been in this Kalkaji spot for a long time, watching the whole area change and grow up around us. Our office is pretty straightforward and plain. There are no fancy decorations or corporate branding posters everywhere. It is just a regular place with some desks, wooden chairs, and a lot of local property listings pinned up. We spend our days answering the phone and meeting people who are looking for something specific in this neighborhood. We are not a massive chain; we are just a local office trying to do a good job for the community. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and old files, but that is just part of how we work. We do not have any big "vision" that we talk about in meetings. We just show up every morning and help people with their housing needs. Being opposite Sahara Mall means it gets quite loud and busy around here, especially on the weekends. We do not mind the noise at all. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We try to be honest and plain-spoken with everyone.
