Veena Estate

The office for Veena Estate is up on the second floor of 1104 in Sohna Sector 47. It is a decent space, though the climb up the stairs can be a bit much when it is hot outside. We spend a lot of our time looking at different plots and houses around this part of Sohna. Sector 47 has seen a lot of growth lately, so there is always someone looking for a place or trying to sell one. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The desk is usually covered in maps and phone numbers scribbled on bits of paper. People come in mostly by word of mouth. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to show people different properties. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that is just part of the job. It is a noisy area sometimes with all the cars and people, but we like being right in the middle of it. We have lived around here for a long time, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get too much sun. If you are looking for us, just head to the second floor. We might be out on a site visit, but we try to keep someone there. It is a simple operation, really, just helping people figure out their living situations.
