Vardan Real Estate

Vardan Real Estate is located over in Sector 16, specifically in Shop No 10 within the Sco-100 building. It is a small office, but it serves our needs just fine. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change as more shops opened up around us. We don't have a big team of agents in matching suits. It is usually just one or two of us sitting here, surrounded by stacks of paper and local maps. We spend most of our time on the phone or walking around the sector to look at different houses and plots. Real estate can be a bit messy with all the different rules and people involved, so we just try to take things as they come. If someone walks in looking for a place, we sit them down and show them what is currently available on our list. We do not use any big sales pitches or try to act like we are bigger than we are. The shop is a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but that is just part of the charm of a local shop. We know the other business owners in Sco-100 and we all look out for each other. It is a decent way to spend the day, helping people find a spot in Sector 16. We usually close up shop once it gets dark outside.
