Vaastu Real Estate

We have been operating Vaastu Real Estate out of our office at A-28 in Dwarka Sector 7 for quite a few years now. Being in the Palam Extension area means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It’s not a fancy setup here, just a simple place where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place to live or maybe sell their old flat. Dwarka is a big area and things change fast, so we try to keep up with which blocks have water issues or where the new shops are opening. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting here with a cup of tea, waiting for the phone to ring or for a neighbor to drop by for a chat about property prices. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small local business trying to help people navigate the mess of paperwork that comes with buying a home in Delhi. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we are always open during the usual hours. If you walk past the main market in Sector 7, you will probably find us easily enough. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we live and work in the same neighborhood. It's just a practical way to run things without any extra fuss or complicated corporate talk.
