We are over at 122 in the N I T Shopping Centre in Sector 37, Faridabad. Being in the shopping center means there is always something going on and people are constantly walking by. We’ve been working as property consultants here for a good while. We don't have a big fancy office; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down and look at floor plans or talk about prices. We know Sector 37 really well because we've seen it grow from almost nothing into a busy area. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out where they want to live or where they should open their next shop. We don’t have a lot of marketing materials or glossy magazines to show you. We just use our local knowledge and some notes we keep in our old folders. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We try to be as straightforward as possible. If a property has a problem or the price is too high, we mention it. We think it’s better that way for everyone. We aren't a big national chain, just a local business trying to help our neighbors. If you’re ever at the shopping centre, you can just pop in and say hello. We usually have the door open if we aren't out at a visit.
