We have been operating out of Plot No 180 in Shahzada Bagh Phase 2 for quite a few years now. Our little office is right there near the DLF City Club in Delhi GPO. It’s a busy spot, and we like it that way because we get to see everything that’s happening in the neighborhood. We mostly spend our time helping folks find a place to stay or maybe a small shop for their own business. It isn't a fancy operation with shiny floors or anything like that. It’s just a couple of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by stacks of papers and maps of the local area. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get all the traffic. People usually just wander in when they see our sign. We don’t do those big advertisements you see on billboards. It’s more about word of mouth for us. If a neighbor is moving, they tell us, and we try to find someone nice to take their spot. Sometimes we get the paperwork wrong and have to redo it, but we always make sure things are settled properly in the end. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi.
