Unistar Properties

Unistar Properties is located right on the ground floor of number 62 in Sector 28. We are on Mahatma Gandhi Road, which most people know is a pretty busy stretch. Being near the Bristol Hotel makes it easy to give directions, though the traffic right outside can be a bit noisy in the mornings. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to just walk in and out without dealing with elevators. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and too many folders piled up in the corner. We’ve been here in this part of Sector 28 for some time. It’s a good spot because everything is close by. Sometimes the street gets crowded, especially during the rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. The windows get a bit dusty from the road, but we try to keep things decent inside. It’s just us working here every day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we manage Unistar Properties. It feels like a local neighborhood spot. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too terrible. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s not a flashy setup, just a practical one that gets the job done. That's pretty much who we are and where you'll find us.
