Ubitech Pvt. Ltd. is based at 1D /10, 11 B.P. N.I.T. It’s an industrial sort of area. We’ve been in this spot for years, dealing with various technical and engineering tasks. The building is plain, and the neighborhood is full of other workshops and small factories. It’s dusty and noisy outside, but that’s just how it is here. Inside, we have our equipment and a few desks. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who show up every morning at nine. We deal with a lot of heavy parts and technical drawings. Some days are slow, others are completely hectic. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it. We've had the same sign out front for ages. It’s a bit faded now. We do our best to help out the companies that buy from us. We don't go in for marketing buzzwords. We just talk plain English about what we can build or supply. People around here know us for being straightforward. If we can't do something, we say so. It saves everyone time. We value the relationships we've built with other local businesses. It's just a regular day-to-day operation in the heart of the industrial zone. We’ve stayed here because it’s where our roots are. It's just how we operate every single week.
