We are located on the 2nd floor of Rama Place, which is a commercial complex at Plot No. B-4 in Sector-20B. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time. Our office for Fire Safety Devices Pvt. Ltd. is packed with all kinds of gear—fire extinguishers, valves, and various other hardware. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip. There’s usually a pile of equipment sitting near the front door ready to be taken out to a customer site. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, doing inspections or fixing things, so the office is mostly used for the paperwork and phone calls. It’s a bit noisy since the complex is full of other small shops and offices. Sector-20B is a busy area, and finding parking can be a real headache if you arrive a bit late in the morning. We’ve been here for several years now. We don't have a fancy reception area with a nice sofa for guests. Just some basic metal chairs and a water cooler in the corner. The staff is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up the service van. It’s a practical job and we just get on with it every day. We don't do much talking, we just focus on the gear.
