Tripat Property

You can find us over at 1950 in Sector 23. It’s a familiar spot for people who live around this part of the sector. The office is right there on the ground floor, making it easy for anyone to just walk in and talk to us. We’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of old ledgers where we keep track of everything. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional vegetable vendor or the sound of cars passing by. We’ve been working from this address for quite some years now. The office feels like home to us, especially with the old wooden furniture we’ve had since the beginning. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a little bit, but it does the job. We don’t really go in for anything polished or modern. We just provide a place for people to come and sort out their property matters. During the day, we drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who stops by. Sector 23 has a good feel to it, and being at 1950 puts us right in the heart of the neighborhood. We handle the papers, make the phone calls, and keep things simple. It’s not a complicated operation, just a local office where we know the neighbors and they know us. Most days are pretty much the same, but we don't mind the routine at all. It’s just how things have always been for Tripat Property at this location.
