Threem Estates

Threem Estates is located over in Sector- 49. Our specific spot is B- 594 on the Sector 13 Main Road, right near Gate No. 2 of Sainik Colony. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice for an office. We spend a lot of time here looking at maps and talking to people about local property. Sainik Colony is a well-known landmark around here, so it helps folks find us without too much trouble. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most people hear about Threem Estates from someone else in the neighborhood. Our office at B- 594 is where we handle the day-to-day business. The Main Road gets some traffic, but it’s not too bad. We’ve settled into Sector- 49 quite well. There’s a lot of growth happening in this part of town, and we see it firsthand. We’ve got a small team and we prefer it that way. It makes things more personal when someone comes in to talk. We know the layout of Sector 13 and the surrounding blocks pretty well. Threem Estates isn't about being the biggest; we just want to be reliable for the people who live near Gate No. 2. It’s a decent place to work and the locals are friendly. We’ve been at this address for a while and plan to stay here for a lot longer. It feels like home now. We just do our best with what we have.
