We’ve set up The Home Real Estate at C 92 in Palam Vihar. We are quite close to the Palam Vihar Kendra, which is where most people know to go. Our office is more like a converted part of a house than a cold corporate building. It feels a bit more comfortable that way. We focus on finding homes for people who want to live in this neighborhood. Since we live nearby ourselves, we can tell you where the best shops are or which roads get flooded when it rains. We don't have a big sales pitch. Usually, we just sit in the back room with a client and look over the listings we’ve gathered. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking details because nobody wants a surprise when they are buying a house. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the local news, and other days we are running around from dawn to dusk. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really formal meeting, which isn't often. We like keeping things casual because it makes the whole process of moving house less stressful for everyone.
