Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

We are located in the Indra Complex on Kheri Road, right near Nehar Park in Old Faridabad. It’s a local spot where people from the nearby colonies stop in. Our day usually involves a lot of talk about signal strength and mobile plans. Since it’s an exclusive Tata Indicom store, we stay focused on just that. We don't try to sell a hundred different things. If someone comes in with a phone that stopped working, we take a look and see if it’s a sim issue or something else. The shop isn't very large, but we have enough room for a few people to wait. We deal with a lot of paperwork for new connections, which can be a bit tedious, but it has to be done right. The area around Nehar Park is pretty lived-in, so we know a lot of the people who walk by every day. We aren't interested in fancy talk. If a plan is expensive, we say it is. If a certain area has bad reception, we don't hide it. It’s better to just be straight with people so they know what they are getting. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic on Kheri Road, and other days everyone seems to need a recharge at the same time. We just take it as it comes. It is just a practical place to get your phone sorted out without any fuss.
