Tashika Estate

Tashika Estate is a small operation we run out of Sector 4, right on Dhanwapur Road. If you are looking for us, we are situated quite near the Guru Gram Institute, which is a landmark everyone in this part of town knows. The road can get pretty busy with students and local commuters, but we like the energy of the area. Our office is a modest place where we sit and talk about local property. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy folders to show you. It is just a few of us who know the Dhanwapur area well and want to help folks find a place to stay or a bit of land to invest in. We spend a lot of time out of the office, meeting people at their sites or checking on new buildings that are going up in Sector 4. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall nearby and just watch the traffic while we wait for a client. We have seen how this part of the city has expanded, and we try to keep up with all the changes. It is a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction going on, but that is how growth looks. We just offer a practical, local perspective on real estate without any of the corporate talk you might find elsewhere. We are just regular people working hard.
