Taneja General Store

Taneja General Store is tucked away at 2J/35 in the NIT area of Faridabad. We have been operating from this same spot for a good while now. The shop is part of the 121001 pin code area, and it is mostly a place for the people living right here in the 2J block. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy out front. It is just a regular shop where we keep the things you need for a kitchen. We have bags of flour, different kinds of lentils, and those small packets of shampoo. The space inside is a bit tight because we try to stock up as much as possible so we don't run out. On rainy days, the lane gets a bit muddy, but people still hop over the puddles to get their daily supplies. We spend a lot of time counting stock and talking to the people from the neighborhood. It is not a very loud place, just the usual sound of the fridge humming and the occasional scooter passing by. We try to keep the shelves tidy, but with so many different items, it gets messy pretty fast. There is no team of workers here, just us managing the counter and helping people find what they need. It is a simple life running a store in this part of Faridabad, and we just take it one day at a time.
