Talawar Real Estates is located at 312 Ashoka Enclave in Sector 45. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here compared to the main roads and markets. We set up this office because we live nearby and it just made sense to work where we stay. It’s not a fancy corporate space with a receptionist and free coffee in the lobby. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk waiting for the phone to ring or for a client to show up for a scheduled viewing. We deal with a lot of the flats and plots around Sector 45. Since we are right here in Ashoka Enclave, we know the quirks of the buildings and the local rules of the associations. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a lot of staff, so if we’re out showing a property to someone, the office might be locked up for an hour or two. We try to put a handwritten note on the door when that happens so people know when we'll be back. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, just a place to live that fits what they can pay. The paperwork for these things can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the local regulations over the years. It’s practical, everyday work that needs doing. We don’t do big presentations or anything like that. We just pull out the files and show people what’s available on the market. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a change. We keep things plain and simple.
