Sweekar General Store

Sweekar General Store is located at Mcf-1236 in Subhash Colony, Ballabgarh. We are right near the SDM Hindu High School, which means we get a lot of noise and energy whenever the school bell rings. All the kids come running in for pencils, erasers, or those small packets of chips and biscuits. It makes the afternoons very busy and a bit chaotic, to be honest. The rest of the day is quieter, with just the local ladies from Subhash Colony coming in for their daily household needs like soap, shampoo sachets, or maybe some matches. The shop is a simple place, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have been here for quite some time now, and we know exactly which neighbor prefers which brand of tea. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that’s just part of living in this area near Delhi. I try to keep the shelves tidy, but things get moved around a lot. It’s just me and a helper sometimes, trying to make sure everyone gets served quickly. We don't do any big advertising; people just know we are here because of the school landmark. It’s a decent life, even if the floor needs sweeping five times a day because of the mud the kids bring in.
