House No 663 in Sector 19 is where you’ll find us. We are in Old Faridabad, right near the Badkhal More. It’s an older part of town, which we like because it feels more like a real community. Suresh Estate Agency is a small operation. We started it because we lived here and knew everyone anyway. It seemed natural to start helping people with their housing needs. Our office is basically part of the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy uniforms or big corporate slogans. We just have a lot of local knowledge and a willingness to help. People stop by all the time, sometimes just to ask for directions or to see if anything new has come up for sale. We spend a lot of time driving around the sectors, checking on properties and meeting owners. The area around Badkhal has its own rhythm. We’ve seen the roads get paved and the new buildings go up, but the spirit of the place stays the same. We try to be honest about what we see. If a house has a leaky roof, we say so. It’s better to be clear from the start. We’ve built a lot of relationships over the years just by being around. It’s not a complicated business if you treat people fairly. We’re just glad to be a part of the daily life here in Sector 19.
