Ghoom Bindass

Our office is over at No. 1 Green Valley, which is part of the Anandvan Greens area on Surajkund Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s quieter out here. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to figure out travel routes and booking tickets for people who want to go away for the weekend or longer. Ghoom Bindass is just a small team of us sitting around desks piled with papers and brochures that have seen better days. The coffee machine breaks down once a week, so we usually end up walking down the road to get something to drink. We don't have a big storefront with flashing lights, just a regular door in a residential-looking patch. It gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone decides they want to leave at the same time. We handle a lot of emails and sometimes people just drop by to ask about prices or where they should go for a quick break. The Surajkund Road traffic can be a mess in the evenings, so we try to get most of our work done early. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like figuring out the best way to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s mostly just us, our maps, and the phones.
