We’ve been here at Pal Tower on MG Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Sikanderpur, always something happening outside the windows. When we started Suraj Realtor Pvt Ltd, the idea was just to help people find places without all the headache usually involved in this business. Most days you’ll find us sitting around the desk, going through papers or heading out to show a flat nearby. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we try to keep things clear. People stop by after seeing our sign on the 7th floor. Sometimes they just want to know what’s going on with prices in the area. We know this stretch of road pretty well by now. The traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a big team of sales guys in suits. It’s mostly just us handling the phone calls and making sure the paperwork gets done right. Sometimes the tea runs out and someone has to run downstairs, that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the buildings go up one by one around Sikanderpur over the years. It’s changed a lot since we first opened the doors. We just keep doing what we do every day, helping neighbors and newcomers find their way around the local market. If you are ever near Pal Tower, you’ll see our door is usually open.
