Our office is located in Building No 5E/68 in the NIT area of Faridabad. This part of town has changed a lot since we first started out here. The streets are always crowded with traffic and people going to work. We spend most of our time at the desk handling calls or meeting locals who have lived in the NIT blocks for generations. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and everyone knows where it is. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the local property deals get sorted out properly. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people feel like going out to look at houses. We keep a lot of records on paper because that’s how we’ve always done it. It’s easier to show someone a map on the table than on a small screen. We have a small seating area for visitors, though it gets a bit tight if more than three people show up at once. There is a tea shop nearby that delivers to our door when we have guests. We just focus on what’s happening in this specific corner of Faridabad. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. It’s a simple way to work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without much trouble.
