You can find Subham Property at Lg-7-H in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are inside the Sushant Shopping Arcade. It's a busy place with lots of different shops and offices around us. Being in a shopping arcade means there is always something going on. People are always walking past the door. Our office is on the lower ground level, so it stays a bit cooler during the hot months. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for us to do our work. We have been here in Sushant Lok for a good while. The arcade has changed a bit over the years, but we are still in the same spot. We mostly deal with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a property business. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on things. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. It's just a functional space. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the shoppers upstairs, but we don't mind it much. It makes the day go by faster. We just try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or anything, just people working in an office. We stay until the mall starts to get quiet in the evening and then we head out ourselves. It is a good place to be if you like being in the middle of things.
