Star Properties

We’ve been over here in DLF City Sector 15 for a while now. Star Properties is basically just a small office where we handle local property stuff. If you're walking around Sector 15, you've probably seen our sign. It’s not a huge fancy operation, just a few of us sitting at desks helping people find places or sell what they have. We deal with the houses around here mostly. It gets busy on the weekends when people have time to look at flats. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s pretty quiet. We know the streets in DLF City well because we live and work right here. It's a nice area with a lot of growth. We don't really do the big corporate pitch thing. People just come in, sit down, and we talk about what's available. Sometimes we have a coffee while looking at floor plans. It’s pretty straightforward work. We keep track of who is moving in and out of the sector. If someone needs a rental or wants to buy a plot, we look through our files. We try to keep things simple and honest. The office is easy to find if you're in the neighborhood. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. It’s just us doing our daily thing at Star Properties in Sector 15. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re usually around most mornings till late evening. We like it here.
