We are based out of Gurgaon Village in Sector 31, right at house number 1002. It is a busy spot and we have been here for a good while now. Mostly, we just handle property stuff for folks around here. You will find us in the office during the day, unless we are out at a site or showing someone a house nearby. It is not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a few of us working together to keep things moving. The traffic around Sector 31 can get a bit much in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking to owners. Sometimes the work is slow and other times it is just one thing after another. We do not have any fancy slogans or big promises to make. We just show what is available and try to help people figure out the local rules and costs. It gets quite dusty around here with all the new construction going on, but that is just how Gurgaon is these days. Our desk is usually covered in maps and old files that we need to sort through. If you walk into the office, you might see us drinking tea and arguing about land prices. That is pretty much how our day goes. We just keep at it and try to stay honest about what a place is worth.
