If you are looking for Spica Bio Agro Tech, you have to head up to the second floor at 4331 in IP Extension-2. We are on the front side of the building in Sainik Colony. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the street from the front window is actually quite nice. You can see everyone coming and going from the houses nearby. The office itself is full of binders and old files that we really should organize better one of these days. There are plants on the windowsills that don't always get watered as often as they should, but they keep growing anyway. It’s a simple space where we handle the administrative side of the agro-tech work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the computers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are doing repairs, but we just turn up the radio and keep going. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The coffee machine is the most important piece of equipment we own, and it gets a lot of use every morning. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families when the clock hits five.
