You’ll find Skn Associates at Plot No. 12/3 on the Delhi Mathura Road. We are right by the Mile Stone, so we see a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. Being on a major road like this means we are always busy with something. We do a bit of everything here, mostly acting as a bridge between different businesses and helping them get what they need. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people over the phone. The office is a bit old-fashioned and we have stacks of ledgers and files everywhere. We don't really do the whole modern "paperless" thing very well. It’s a noisy location because of the trucks on the highway, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of fancy executives. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. If a shipment is late or a customer has a question, we handle it directly. There’s no waiting on a corporate help desk. We don’t spend time writing out big goals. We just try to get through the daily list of tasks without too many hiccups. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and the locals know us as the people who are always working near the mile marker. The dust from the road is a bit much, but we manage.
