We’d rather just sit down and talk about whatever problem needs solving. Consulting sounds like a fancy word, but for us, it just means giving some good advice based on what we’ve learned over the years. We see a lot of people from around the neighborhood and the wider 121002 area. Word of mouth is really how we keep going. Someone comes in, we help them out, and then they tell their brother or their neighbor. It’s a slow way to grow, but it’s honest. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver. That just leads to trouble later on. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting people right here in the front room. It’s comfortable and it keeps our overheads low, which is better for everyone. Sector 18 has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and traffic, but our way of doing things has stayed pretty much the same. We just want to do a solid job and keep things moving.
