Simar Realtors is located right on Sohana Road. If you know where Uniworld Garden is, then you know exactly where we are because we are right across from it. Sohana Road is a very busy stretch, and there is always a lot of traffic and new buildings going up. We spend our days watching the cars go by and meeting with people who are interested in the properties around here. Our office is a practical space, nothing too flashy or over the top. We have a couple of desks and some chairs where we can sit down and look at maps or floor plans. Being opposite Uniworld Garden is helpful because it is a big landmark that everyone recognizes. We have been here for a while, seeing the road change as more shops and homes are built. We handle a lot of different real estate tasks, mostly helping people find a place that fits what they need. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but we enjoy the interaction with different people. Some days are slow and some are very hectic, especially when the traffic on Sohana Road is bad. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm. We are just a local team doing our best to help folks with their housing needs.
