Siddhi Vinayak Estate

Siddhi Vinayak Estate is located in the Sushant Lok Phase I area. We are in the Shopping Arcade, specifically at F 116. It’s a pretty standard commercial spot where a lot of different businesses are gathered. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners nearby. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for dealing with estates and property matters. Most of our day is spent looking at floor plans or going out to show people around different buildings. Sushant Lok is a big place, so we end up driving around quite a bit. The shopping arcade is a good base because people come here for their daily errands anyway. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us doing the work, answering the emails, and keeping track of who is buying or selling what. Sometimes the arcade gets a bit noisy during the peak hours, but we don't mind it. It’s better than sitting in a silent room all day. We keep our documents in tall cabinets and try to stay on top of the local market trends. There’s always a new project starting somewhere nearby, so there is plenty to keep track of. If you’re walking through the arcade, you’ll see our unit. It’s a practical place for practical work and we like the routine of being here.
