Shri Sat Guru Properties

Shri Sat Guru Properties is right there at the Palam Vihar New Main Bajghera Chowk. If you are standing in front of H Block, you can pretty much see us. It is a very busy junction and there is always something happening outside. We chose this spot because everyone passes through the chowk at some point during the day. Our office is a simple place where we keep our maps and property listings. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the people who live in H Block. It feels like a small community even though it is a big area. We do not do much advertising because most people just see our sign when they are stuck in traffic or walking to the market. We have been working around Palam Vihar for quite a bit. We know which houses have good water and which parts of the chowk get flooded when it rains. That kind of local knowledge is just what you get when you stay in one place for years. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. If you need to find us, just head towards the main Bajghera Chowk and look across from the H Block entrance. We will probably be inside having tea or talking to a client about something nearby. We keep it simple.
