Shri Om Sai Properties

Our office is C-5 in Krishna Palace, which is on Lawrence Road. We are quite close to the Nilam Fly Over, so you can probably hear the traffic from here. Shri Om Sai Properties has been around this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a busy area, and being near the flyover means people are always passing by. Our office isn't anything fancy—it’s just a room with some desks where we keep our property records. We deal with a lot of local stuff, like renting out shops or helping families find a flat nearby. Lawrence Road has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. We don't have a big staff or a marketing department. It’s just us, answering the phone and meeting people who walk in. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few clients show up at the same time, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and not use any of that complicated business talk. If someone needs a place, we show them what we have and tell them the truth about it. Dealing with property can be stressful for people, so we try to just be regular and helpful without making a big deal out of it. We’ve seen many shops come and go in Krishna Palace, but we’re still here, doing our daily work and drinking our tea. It's just what we do to keep things moving along for everyone.
