Shree Krishna Estate

Our business, Shree Krishna Estate, is situated on the Upper Ground Floor, unit 125, inside Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok Phase I. Vyapar Kendra is a well-known spot, and being on the upper ground floor makes us easy to find. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with the real estate needs of the Sushant Lok community. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep things pretty casual in the office. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless there’s a really big meeting. Most of the time, we’re just dressed for the weather and the work. Dealing with property in Phase I means we see a lot of different types of houses and offices. The paperwork can be a real mountain sometimes, and we spend a lot of hours getting everything in order. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s just us doing the legwork, talking to buyers, and negotiating with sellers. People usually come to us because they want someone who knows the Vyapar Kendra area inside and out. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If a place has issues, we’ll point them out. It’s better to be realistic than to have problems later on. It’s just how we do business here. Some days are long, but helping someone get their keys is a good feeling after all the back and forth with the documents.
