Our place is located in Adarsh Nagar, over in Ballabgarh. The house number is 819. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial hub downtown. Shiv Shingla and the rest of us have been working out of here for a while. It’s just a regular house converted into a workspace. We have our desks in the front rooms and the files tucked away in the back. It’s a bit informal. You might hear someone’s kids playing nearby or the sound of the local vegetable seller going past in the street. We like it that way. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a big corporate structure here. If something needs to be done, one of us just picks it up and does it without much fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table looking at site plans together. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated for everyone involved. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people from the local area. We don't need a big sign on the door because everyone already knows where we are. It’s just a small team of honest people working hard in a quiet corner of Faridabad. We keep things moving along nicely every day.
