Shine Institute

We've been here in Sector 8 for some time now. Our place is at 1490, right near St Thomas School, which makes it easy for people to find us. Usually, the mornings are a bit quiet, but it gets busy once the school day ends. You can hear the kids outside and the traffic on the main road. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with benches and some whiteboards we’ve had for a couple of years. We spend a lot of time just organizing notes and making sure the fans are working properly because it gets quite hot in Faridabad during the summer months. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where we sit down and get to work. Most days, we are here until late evening, just making sure everything is ready for the next day's batch. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup generator we have in the corner. It’s a very local feel here. Everyone in the neighborhood knows us by now. We see the same faces every day walking past the gate. We keep things pretty simple. There's a small desk at the entrance where we keep the registers. Most of our time goes into checking work and talking to parents who drop by after work. It’s just how things go here in this part of Faridabad. Nothing too complicated, just a regular day at the institute where we try to stay on top of things.
