Sm Tutorials

We run Sm Tutorials right from House No. 179 in Sector 16. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet during the mornings, but once school lets out, the place gets quite lively. We set up the rooms with basic tables and chairs so students have a place to sit and focus. There’s no big signage or flashing lights outside, just the house number and our name on a small board. We’ve been teaching here for a while and the rooms have that lived-in feel with chalk dust on the floor and some old posters on the walls. It’s a simple setup because we think the learning part is what matters more than having a fancy lobby. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows, but that’s just part of being in a neighborhood. We have a small area where parents can wait if they come early to pick up their kids. The fans hum pretty loudly when it's hot, and we usually have a jug of water and some glasses on the side table for anyone who's thirsty. It’s not a big institution with hundreds of staff, just a few of us making sure the lessons get done every day. We spend a lot of time grading papers and talking about how to explain things better.
