We are located up in Merton Tower, specifically House Number 604. If you know Omaxe Heights in Sector 86, you know it's a bit of a maze sometimes. Being in BT 17 makes it a bit quieter than the ground floor units. We started Shimp Consultancy because there was a need for some practical advice around here. It’s mostly just us working through files and talking to clients on the phone. The view from the 17th floor is actually pretty good on clear days, though we spend most of our time looking at screens. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group trying to make sense of the consulting world. We handle the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes. It’s a home-office type of vibe, very relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which isn't often. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, drinking coffee and trying to stay on top of the pile. Living and working in the same area has its perks. We know the local shops and the people around the building. It makes the workday feel less like a chore. We just do our bit and hope it is useful. We aren't fancy, just people working. The neighborhood is growing and we are just growing with it.
