Cendant Corportion (Us)

We are located in Faridabad, specifically in Sector 31. Our office is on the second floor of House Number 9, which is in Block Number 6 of the Spring Field Colony. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit different from a standard business park. We represent the Cendant Corporation (US) from here. The office is basically a converted floor of a house, which gives it a very local and informal feel. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small kitchen where we make coffee. It’s not a high-pressure corporate suite. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of us talking and the hum of the air conditioner. We handle various corporate tasks and coordination from this branch. Being in Spring Field Colony means we don't have to deal with the heavy traffic of the main city every day. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the people living around us are used to seeing us coming and going. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy brochures. We just do the work that’s assigned to us and keep things moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We like that we can just focus on the job without the distractions of a big office building. It’s just a group of us working out of a house in Faridabad, doing our best to stay organized.
