Sheetla Estate

Sheetla Estate is located at B 3 Jharsa Road Vinayak Plaza. It’s a busy spot and we have been here for a while now. We spend our days dealing with different kinds of land and property stuff. Being in Vinayak Plaza makes it easy for people to drop in while they are out doing their errands on Jharsa Road. The office at B 3 is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs where we can talk to people about what they are looking for. We don’t go in for any big promises or fancy talk. It’s just about looking at the options and seeing what works for them. Jharsa Road has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more shops and more people moving in. We’ve kept track of it all because that’s part of the job. Most of the time it’s just us answering the phone or heading out to look at a site. It’s not the kind of work that makes you famous, but it’s steady work. People around here know us as the ones to ask about local estate matters. We try to keep things clear and easy to understand.
