Shankar Properties

We are situated at B 123 in Sector 10, not far from IMT Manesar. This area has really taken off lately with all the industrial development going on. Shankar Properties basically helps people navigate the land and housing around here. Manesar used to feel like it was out in the middle of nowhere, but now it is buzzing. Our office is a simple building where we spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out at various sites. It is dusty work sometimes, especially with all the construction nearby. We get a lot of workers and managers coming by looking for places to stay close to their factories. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the local sectors pretty well. We have lived around here for a while, so we have seen how the roads have improved and how new businesses have moved in. It is a practical business. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show the plots or the houses and let people decide for themselves. Sector 10 is a good spot because it is central to everything we do. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving. There is always something new happening in Manesar, and we are just here to be a part of it. The office gets a bit cold in the winter, but we have a small heater and plenty of hot tea to keep us going while we work.
