Sehrawat Properties

We are based right in the middle of the Sector 17 Shopping Complex, at shop number 22. It’s a convenient spot because people are always around doing their shopping or running errands. We’ve been operating Sehrawat Properties from this location for quite a bit. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for us to keep our records and meet with people who have questions about local real estate. Being in the shopping complex means we see a lot of foot traffic. We know Sector 17 inside and out. Most of our work is pretty straightforward. We look at what’s available, talk to owners, and try to help people find what they are looking for. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. We prefer to just talk to people directly and explain how things are. Sometimes the complex gets really noisy, especially on the weekends, but we don't mind. It keeps things interesting. We’re just a regular local business trying to do a decent job for our neighbors. We handle different kinds of properties, whatever comes up in this part of town. It’s a busy life, but we like being right where the action is. If you're ever at the shopping complex for your groceries or a coffee, you'll see our place at number 22. We're usually in there sorting through papers or talking on the phone with someone about a plot or a flat.
